"Round The Houses" Races 2010

The 5th Jim Dingwall Memorial Race - the 44th "Round The Houses" Races, takes place on Sunday March 28th, 2010.

This year there will still be a 2k Fun Run with entries on the day between 10.15 and 11.30 A.M. at Grangemouth Stadium Indoor Centre.

****Important Announcement****

This year we are pleased to welcome 14 Trainee Therapists from the sumo, Falkirk Massage School. This group will give a 10 to 15 min massage to runners after the race in the Indoor Centre at Grangemouth Stadium. This will be free, however donations to Strathcarron Hospice will be appreciated.

The purpose of a massage after a sporting event is to aid the athlete to recover from the activity. This is achieved by reducing post-exercise soreness, re-establishing full range of motion and enhancing blood flow to tight muscles.
