Scottish Indoor Championships

FVH Jumpers Shine at Scottish Indoors

2 Golds, 2 Silvers and 1 Bronze  were won by the Jumpers with a further silver and bronze coming in the Shot Putt.

Douglas Paul (U17m) collected Gold and Silver with jumps of 12.86m and 1.83m  in the Triple Jump and High Jump respectively.

Amy Grant (U20w) won the Pole Vault with a jump of 3m.

Ella Gibbons (U17w) won silver in the Long Jump with a jump of 5.38m. Fraser Weir (U20m) won bronze in the High Jump with a clearance of 1.9m. Not to be out done Taylor Nimmo (U15b) and Edmund Reid (U17m) collected silver and bronze in the Shot Putt with a throws of 9.90m and 13.95m respectively.

Ella Gibbons (U17w) and Louise Calder (U17w) came 5th and 6th in the High Jump with clearances of 1.6m and 1.55m. Louise also came 7th in SP with a throw of 8.22m. And Fraser Weir (U20m) was 4th in the Triple Jump with a leap of 12.73m

On the Track, Taylor Nimmo (U15b) finished of a busy day with two 4th places in the 60m and 200m, with times of 7.75s and 26.90s. Baillie McRoberts (U15b) ran the 800m in a time of 2.43.43. Ryan Scott (U20m) was also 4th in the 60m with a time of 7.26s.

Ailsa Scott (U17w)  ran both the 200m and 300m in times of 29.84 and 47.83 and Amy Manson (U17w) ran the semi-final of the 300m with a time of 44.90.
