If you wish to be entered for the above Cross-Country Championships, you should return the undernoted slip, together with appropriate entry fee to either Andy Ronald or myself by THURSDAY 28th JANUARY, at the latest.

All entries received by this date, shall be sent following day, in order to arrive by closing date of SATURDAY 30th January

    

All competitors must:

  • wear their club colours at this event
  • be current members of the Scottish Athletics Membership Scheme.
