Scottish Athletics Mens League

Only three Athletes attended the meeting at the Club headquarters to discuss the forthcoming four Scottish Athletics Mens League fixtures.

This is insufficient numbers to enable Andy Ronald to progress any plans to compete in these events.

Should anyone still wish to take part would they contact Andy as soon as possible with a completed availability form to enable him make a team submission before the end of March.

Level 1 Officials Course

Scottish Athletics have arranged a Level One Officials course to be held at Grangemouth Stadium on 21st March.

At most League meetings, clubs must provide a quota of officials. Failure to do so could result in the team having points deducted.

This course would be ideal for those who have helped in the past but haven't had any formal training, as well as those parents etc who wish to become involved. It could also be useful for coach's or older athletes who wish to gain a better understanding of the rules.
